Project Overview
We supported a flat refurbishment by collecting the client’s belongings, holding everything securely for three weeks, and returning items to the correct rooms once works finished. The brief was simple but time-sensitive: keep possessions safe, avoid disruption, and make move-back day effortless.
Scope of Works
We packed, labelled, and collected household contents and furniture, then loaded them into two secure storage pods (side- and rear-loading). Throughout the storage period, items remained sealed and protected. On completion of the refurb, we delivered everything back and placed each piece in the relevant room so the client could settle straight away.
Challenges and Solutions
- Tight refurbishment schedule: we aligned collections and redelivery with the contractor’s timetable to keep access clear and avoid clashing with trades.
