Project Overview

On 19th March 2025, Now We’re Moving successfully delivered an office relocation for Nova Motorsport, a specialist motorsport company relocating from Holt to a new, purpose-designed office space in Westbury, Wiltshire.

The move was a traditional office-to-office relocation, but one that required careful planning and execution due to the variety of items being transported and the client’s request for a full packing, dismantling, and assembly service. Nova Motorsport relied on our team to manage every detail, allowing them to focus on their business while we ensured their new office was ready for immediate use.

Scope of Works

The relocation covered all aspects of dismantling, wrapping, packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and reassembling. Our team managed:

Challenges and Solutions

Every office relocation brings unique challenges. At Nova Motorsport, there were several key factors that required extra care and expertise:

Heavy Granite Table – One of the most taxing items was a 100kg granite top table, which required careful dismantling before transport. We removed the legs, wrapped the tabletop in thick padded blankets, and applied multiple layers of shrink wrap to secure it tightly. This provided maximum protection against chips and scratches and made handling safer for our team.
Stairs and Tight Spaces – Like many office moves, there were stairs to navigate. These spaces are always a challenge with heavy or bulky items, but with our experienced team and proper lifting equipment, we ensured everything was moved safely without damage to walls, doors, or flooring.
Furniture Protection – To protect all wooden furniture, we used black wrap, which shields surfaces from scratches and scuffs during handling and transport. This small but important detail helps ensure every piece arrives at its destination in the same condition it left.
Dismantling and Reassembly – We handled all dismantling and assembly, from large desks to smaller office fittings. Our approach ensures that clients can walk into a fully operational office without having to worry about rebuilding furniture themselves.
