Your designated consultant will offer to visit your home or a video survey will be carried out. Both surveys are a free comprehensive survey of your possessions – including those in the garage, garden, shed and attic.

Once your survey is complete, your Move Consultant will provide an accurate cost for your home removal and advise on all aspects involved. They will talk you through your packing and wrapping options, our specialist services and long or short term storage options. They will also be able to explain our insurance cover to let you know you are in safe hands.
Following confirmation, our knowledge and experience remain on hand at all times to give advice and help overcome any issues you may unexpectedly encounter.
