Property sanitising
After cleaning we can sanitise your property, ready for occupancy or marketing.
We use Virus Shield, a surface steriliser and sanitiser product that is applied to any surface and allowed to dry naturally. Once applied the CLO2 product will clean the surface and provide a protective barrier from touching, coughing, sneezing, or spreading any viruses, bacteria, or germs for up to 30 days.
Inspection by WhatsApp or facetime
When required.
Video for families, executors’ or solicitors’ not local, we are able to let you inspect our work by WhatsApp or Facetime.
- All services are offered on their own as an 'as and when required' basis. Alternatively, pre-arranged packages of a combination of services are available, for your peace of mind.
- No pre-arrangement needed to use any or all our services listed. We provide the service you need, as and when you need it!
- Offering a bespoke house clearance service tailored to your individual needs in advance of your departure.
- Listing all items that are to be cleared from your property, destination where they are to be transported to, including items to go to a preferred local charity. Also arranging transport for larger items going to family members.
- We can be instructed by your solicitor or executor or a family member of your choice to execute your final wishes.
- We arrange a suitable time to visit your home, where we will discuss with you, the options available from a whole house clearance, down to individual items being transported to various locations.
- We will take time to understand your requirements. We will provide specialist advice on the most appropriate and cost efficient level of service to meet those requirements. We will confirm the plan of action in writing and will be ready to proceed with that as soon as your solicitor/legal representative confirms your completion date.
- We are offering free consultations/surveys at the moment. Price is usually £50 + VAT for the service.
- Finally, the removal of unwanted items and waste from the property. The recycling and disposal of materials in accordance with both, your wishes and best practice for the environment, following environment agency guidelines.
